The Building Assistance Group (Build AG) is a Professional Limited Liability Corporation that provides project/construction management, and environmental and energy sensitive building development services.

Build AG is comprised of architects, engineers, project and construction managers. As part of our  burgeoning growth as Leaders in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals (AP), Build AG offers clients a platform to manage their transition into buildings that are environmentally responsible and a healthy place to live and work.

With a core staff of six professionals and a vast network of support specialists, Build AG believes that meticulous management of the details on projects is the cornerstone of providing good service. BuildAG’s main office is in  Washington, DC. Build AG also has a presence in Dallas, TX.

Our partnership is noted for matching specific technical experience with our clients’ needs, providing a mixture of diverse technical expertise and providing a network of resources that fosters an efficient use of our staff.

Build AG  has extensive experience in managing the development process from capital budget planning through design and construction. Build AG also has extensive experience in the management of multi-agency and non-governmental organizations throughout the design, construction and post occupancy phases.

Build AG’s experience also includes providing owner’s representation on large complex projects requiring a high degree of technical and management efficiency. The use of our state-of-the-art information technology systems serve as a key to maintaining this capability.

Our Special Project (HANCORP):

Because our main focus is to develop environmentally responsible, energy sensitive, and healthy places to live and work, we developed an immediate response to the earthquake that erupted in Haiti on January 12, 2010. Our proposal calls for a grassroots effort to establish and implement an early planning, design and self-sufficient training program that will assist with the construction of new communities in provinces other than Port-au-Prince. We refer to this program as the Haiti New Communities and Restoration Program (HANCORP). A sufficient portion of our website is being updated to include the development and tracking of this effort.
